Twelfth Night is one of Shakespeare's comedies about an unusual love triangle and the fictional land of Illyria. The madcap adventure demonstrates just how far we are willing to go to find the one we love and to discover how to love one’s self. Even though Twelfth Night was written over 400 years ago, many of its comedic aspects are still funny today. In fact, many of our modern movies (Mrs. Doubtfire, White Chicks, and She’s the Man) have the same premise as Twelfth Night does, with a man or woman having to dress as the opposite gender in pursuing the one they love.
