Looking for a fun, creative, and confidence-building summer experience? Camp Florida Rep’s Summer Musical Theatre Intensives give students ages 8–18 the chance to dive into the world of theatre while working with professional teaching artists on the Florida Rep campus.
Each two-week intensive is designed for students of all experience levels. Whether your child is stepping on stage for the first time or already loves performing, these programs provide a supportive environment to grow as a performer, make new friends, and build lasting memories.
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 4 PM, and every session concludes with live student performances so family and friends can see the incredible work created during the program.

In a world ruled by popularity and middle-school drama, Evan must figure out where he fits in. 13 JR. is a heartfelt coming-of-age musical about friendship, identity, and staying true to yourself—written specifically for young performers.
Willy Wonka JR.

Step inside the magical world of Willy Wonka’s famous chocolate factory. After hiding golden tickets inside his candy bars, Wonka invites five lucky winners on a once-in-a-lifetime tour. Along the way, four misbehaving children learn valuable lessons, while kind-hearted Charlie Bucket proves that honesty and kindness matter most. This colorful musical adventure is packed with imagination, humor, and unforgettable characters.
James and the Giant Peach JR.
Dates: July 13 – July 24
Performances: July 23 & 24 at 6 PM
Based on the beloved story, this musical follows young James as he escapes his miserable life with his cruel aunts and discovers a giant magical peach that launches him on an incredible journey across the ocean. Along the way he befriends a group of singing insects and learns about friendship, courage, and finding family in unexpected places.
Alice in Wonderland JR.
Dates: July 27 – August 7
Performances: August 6 & 7 at 6 PM

Fall down the rabbit hole and explore the whimsical world of Wonderland. When Alice finds herself in a strange land where nothing makes sense, she encounters iconic characters like the White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, Mad Hatter, Caterpillar, and the fiery Queen of Hearts. This imaginative musical celebrates curiosity, creativity, and discovering who you truly are.
